1.  Who is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the AC?
Dueñas Trailers services all of our AC units before it is delivered to you. The monthly maintenance is your responsibility to prevent dirty filters from causing failure of the AC or components.
2.  Is routine maintenance and cleaning included in my lease?
All units should be returned in the same condition as it was received. Trailer maitenance and cleaning is the Client’s responsibility once the unit is rented.
3.  What should be done if a leak is noticed?
All leaks should be reported immediately to Duenas Trailers. We will repair the leak at no cost, provided the leak was not caused by any unauthorized modifications or damage done to the rented unit while on lease.
4.  Do you provide phone or data jacks?
Our office trailer units are not built with them.  However, if a prior customer has had them installed, we do not remove them.  Damage charges could occur if they are not installed properly.
5.  What are the electrical requirements for your trailers?
Each of our office trailers has its own electrical panel box and electrical hook-up.  A licensed electrician should handle the connection of the trailer to the power source.
6.  Can your trailers be used for residential needs?
Our leased units cannot be used for residential needs, unless thay have been built to code for these puorposes.  If the unit has been purchased you may do so as you see fit, but should consult with your local municipal permit office.
7.  Can I have someone else haul the unit?
No. It is Dueñas Trailers’s policy that we use only our own trucks or verified and approved haulers to haul our trailers.
8.  Can I move the trailer with my pickup truck to save the freight charges for a lease?
No. You may not on a leased unit due to insurance requirements and liability. If you purchase the unit you may do as you see fit.
9.  Do you have holding tanks for the waste water?
No. Various portable toilet companies do rent these and can provide a pumping service.
10. Will Dueñas Trailers move or relocate a non-Dueñas Trailers trailer?
We will be glad to move any unit that a customer owns, for a relocation charge, whether it was purchased through Dueñas Trailers or not. We will not move another company’s leased unit.
11. My office trailer is going into a bad neighborhood. What solutions do you offer for security?
Dueñas Trailers offers options such as tamper-resistant window security screens and door bars to prevent unauthorized access into your trailer.
12. Can we get someone to come out and change our filters?
HVAC filters are provided with the unit. It is the customer’s responsibility to change them. If an Dueñas Trailers service technician comes out, there will be a service call charge.
13. Since I am buying this office trailer, what happens if I have problems with it?
If the trailer is new, it has a one year factory warranty. If it is used, there is a 90-day Dueñas Trailers warranty. Outside of the respective warranties, there would be a service charge.
14. Do your office trailers include AC units?
Yes.  All of our office trailer units include central HVAC units.
15. Are your bathrooms self contained?
No. The plumbing fixtures are stubbed below the floor level for final on-site connections by others at the customer’s expense.
16. Do you offer options with your office trailers?
Yes, we offer many options such as steps, window security screens, custom decks and handicap ramps. Just ask your Dueñas Trailers sales consultant for all of the available options.
17. When do you begin billing me rent?
Once the unit(s) are picked-up, delivered or set-up at your site, your billing cycle will begin.
18. Do you Prorate your rent?
Yes.
19. Do you require a security deposit?
Yes.
20. What are your billing terms?
